I was looking forward to visiting Denizen while out with my daughter. Unfortunately my daughter and I did not receive any greeting when we entered or exited the store. Another couple walked in to look and received all kinds of warm greetings, layout of the store and sale items. Apparently my daughter and I did not fit the right profile of Denizen customers which I found very disappointing. I won’t be visiting this store in the future.

Was very disappointed with my experience there today. Me and my mother were the only people in the store at the time, we were not greeted, nor explained the layout of the store. As soon as another couple walks in the worker in the red shirt and striped pants greeted them explained the layout of store and items on sale. We did not feel welcomed due to the lack of customer service. This experience made us not want to purchase from this location or return.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Olivia and her team at Denizen. The florals for our wedding were absolutely breathtaking — beyond anything we had hoped for. From our very first conversation, Olivia just got our vision. She brought so much creativity and intention to every detail, and the final result truly transformed our space. The bouquets, ceremony install, and table arrangements were all so thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. It felt like walking into a dream. Beyond the design, the entire Denizen team was lovely to work with — professional, communicative, kind, and just a joy to have as part of our day. If you're looking for a florist who is not only wildly talented but also truly invested in making your day feel personal and special, we couldn’t recommend Olivia and Denizen more. i HIGHLY recommend Olivia and her team at Denizen for wedding florals! I have nothing but amazing things to say!! Her attention to detail and drive to create perfection made my florals and design beautiful day of! She is one of a kind! Used Denizen for my wedding in St. Louis. From the start she was extremely responsive and provided quick turnaround. She made a vision board based off my Pinterest and brought it all to life. Olivia and her sister are so creative - they by far exceeded my expectations!
